Gennaro Imbimbo

Gennaro Imbimbo has been Legal, Corporate Affairs & Privacy Director at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR since July 2011. He is also Secretary of the Board of Directors. He graduated in Law from the University of Naples Federico II and was admitted to the Bar in Italy in 1996. He worked as a senior lawyer in the Corporate Finance and Merchant Banking division of Intesa Sanpaolo. He previously worked for the equity investments company IMI Investimenti SpA (wholly owned by Intesa Sanpaolo) where he was Head of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretariat. He previously worked for the legal firm Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and later for Telepiù Group (now Sky Group) where he was Head of Corporate Affairs from 1998 to 2000.
