The first fund of funds focused on Impact Investing in Italy
Contribute to the goals defined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted by all member states of the United Nations in 2015, through direct and indirect investments.
The investment strategy is focused-indirectly through funds-or, in a minority part, directly in co-investment-on companies based in Italy, but may also invest residually in European funds in order to attract international expertise and investment to the Italian market.
The funds targeted for investment will mainly be private equity, private debt and social basket bond funds and, residually, late-stage venture capital funds.
Sustainability disclosure
FOF Impact is classified as Article 9 under EU Regulation 2019/2088. The sustainable investment objective of the Fund is to contribute to the goals defined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Funds classified ex. Art. 9 of the SFDR Regulations whose investment strategy pursues impact investing and which invest in enterprises pursuing sustainable development objectives chosen by the Fund.
The Fund will invest a minority portion of the commitment, in the form of co-investments, in Italian social enterprises that pursue sustainable development goals chosen by the Fund and that are present in the investment portfolios of the subscribed funds.

The Fund qualifies as a fund of funds under Article 9 of the SFDR Regulations and its sustainable objective is to contribute to one or more of the UN SDGs.
