Roberto Del Giudice is the Head of Communications, Investor Relations and CSR at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR since November 2010. He graduated with honours in Political Science from the University of Rome La Sapienza and he also obtained a Master's Degree in Economic Development of Advanced Services Industries from the Guglielmo Tagliacarne Institute in Rome. From 1995 to 2010 he was Director of the Research Unit of AIFI, the Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, where he conducted venture capital and private equity related research. As a representative of AIFI, he was also a member of the EVCA Committee of the National Venture Capital and Private Equity Association where he liaised with public and private institutions in the finance and business sectors. He is adjunct professor of Economics & Business Administration and Financial Business Management at the University Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC where he is also professor on a Master’s course in Merchant Banking as head of the section focused on Debt Instruments for Business Development. He has continuously collaborated with the financial newspaper il Sole 24 Ore since March 1994. Throughout his professional and academic career he has completed several studies on corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, contributing also to numerous specialist publications.

Niccolò de Arcayne joined Fondo Italiano d’Investimento in March 2017.
Niccolò de Arcayne joined Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR in March 2017. He previously worked in Brunswick Group (Milan Office), where he managed financial and institutional communications projects. He started his career as an intern at the British Foreign Office in Milan, where he managed Public Affairs activities. Graduated in European and International Policies at the Catholic University of Milan, he also attended two Exchange program at the UCLA of Los Angeles and at the Fudan University of Shanghai.
